Return/Refund Policy

For return and exchange please follow these terms
-Return and exchange requests should be sent within 2 days of receiving the order to info@nuran.ae or by WhatsApp +971 50 142 3398
-Items should be returned within 7 days from the purchase date.
-Returns that are worn, used, damaged, soiled, altered, or scented will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
-Items returned should be in its original condition with all original tags in place, and packed in the original tissue paper and box, or else an equally secure outer box. Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays in processing the return of the package.
-Online purchases made through Nuran.ae are valid for exchange or store credit and we do not offer a refund policy
-A customer will be given store credit only for the price of the item returned excluding any taxes, duties or shipping paid.
-Store credit expires in 6 months from the day of purchase.
-Customers will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
-Customer can cancel their order/requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
-Customized garments are not excepted to be exchanged or returned unless faulty. Please ensure that you provide correct and accurate measurements at the time of ordering. Nuran is not responsible for inaccurate measurements provided by customers.
